Let’s get started on the design of your dreams! First things first – choose the room(s) you want to design. Once you have purchased you will receive a detailed questionnaire via email. Take your time filling out the questionnaire, photographing your room(s), measuring, and gathering inspiration images that reflect the look and feel of what you’re after. Once you have completed the questionnaire, email it back to us and we’ll do the rest! There are no wrong answers! This process is meant to get down to the essence of what you want, what you need, and what you love. It’s that simple. The more information that you provide, the better we will understand your dream design style! More is more!

How It Works:

1. Choose your room(s) and purchase.

2. Fill out our specialized design questionnaire, which you will receive via email. 

3. Take photos and measurements of your room.

4. Take photos and measurements of the items you want to re-use in your room.

5. Submit via email! You'll receive your custom E-design within 2 weeks!

What You Get:

1. Custom floor plan to suite your needs.

2. Personalized furniture selections.

3. Curated selection of accents including exactly what you need to pull your room together. This may include rugs, pillows, artwork, lamps, decorative accessories, or lighting. It all depends on what you need.

4. Custom shopping list, including quantities and web links.

5. Specialized notes to get you started.

E-DESIGN TERMS + CONDITIONS

PURCHASE OF MERCHANDISE AND MATERIALS:  E-design is an online decorating service only. The purchase price includes Kendall Simmons Interiors design services and does not include the price of any physical products being sourced.  You shall purchase merchandise and materials on your own, directly from the suggested retailers.  

RECOMMENDATIONS: My recommendations are for furnishing and decorating purposes only and are not intended as construction documents for remodeling purposes. Always consult with your contractor prior to beginning any construction project!

WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY:  Any products purchased with defects are the responsibility of the manufacturer, which you will need to contact regarding any refund, return or exchange.  Kendall Simmons Interiors cannot be held responsible for replacement, freight arrangement or damage claims for purchases recommended for the e-design project. In addition, Kendall Simmons Interiors is not responsible for any work completed by contractors, sub-contractors, craftsmen, and any other such tradesmen, or any work performed by you (DIY).

REFUND POLICY:  Due to the digital nature of this service, refunds will not be given after the first Design Plan is delivered to you. Please notify Kendall Simmons Interiors within 24 hours of purchasing your E-Design if you would like to request a refund. Each refund request will be considered on a case by case basis and is not guaranteed.  

COMMUNICATION + SCHEDULE: E-design client agrees to correspond in a timely manner through online communication and Kendall Simmons Interiors shall do the same. You will receive your E- Design within 2 weeks of the date that your submit your completed questionnaire and all necessary photos and measurements, unless otherwise notified.

DESIGN TIME: E-Design follow-up and/or revisions are limited to 30 calendar days from the date of client receives their E-Design.  If, after the 30 days have passed, the client has failed to request any revisions or finalize the design, Kendall Simmons Interiors reserves the right to discontinue work on the E-design. After 30 days, additional revisions will be charged at our hourly consultation rate (rate upon request).
